Grapho-therapy is a branch of handwriting as analysis. You can use your all handwriting to make things better for yourself. It works something like this. Because handwriting originates in the cerebral cortex of the brain, by deliberately changing your handwriting, you can change limiting attitudes and behavior. This curative offshoot of graphology is called graph therapy, which means making conscious changes in your handwriting in order to bring about desired subconscious changes within yourself. It identifies stumbling blocks that can be easily eliminated by making changes in handwriting. All one needs to do is to practice the handwriting exercise in a particular way for 30 days. That’s it! (Study of graph therapy is not covered in the basics of handwriting analysis
We are ever-evolving beings, always trying to raise ourselves. we attempt hard to enhance our communication skills, physique, job… the matter is, self-improvement takes time, energy, and commitment. Sometimes we triumph and sometimes we just get to find out. But accepting the latter and dealing with it becomes quite challenging for a few. this is often where self-improvement therapy can help.
We spend most of our time at work, which is why workplace issues are often the most explanation for stress, depression, and anxiety. Members of the LGBT community face widespread workplace discrimination due to their sexual orientation. Workplace issues can't only cause decreased performance – they will also affect your relationships and interfere together with your lifestyle. If you will take professional support it will enable you to resolve your conflicts, minimize your stress, boost your self-esteem and increase job satisfaction and commitment.
